ATTENTION DESKTOP VISITORS!

There’s a new way to video visit online that requires a new desktop application, GTL VisBridge. To download, please log into your visitor account at least 10 minutes before your next visit, select “Internet Visit Tester” from the menu bar, then follow the prompts.

Important System Alert

Do NOT Install Latest Microsoft Update

 

Adobe is retiring the Flash application on Dec. 31, 2020. However, Microsoft has made an update available (KB4577586) that would remove Adobe Flash immediately. It is imperative that you do not download this update at this time. Installing the update would remove Adobe Flash and disable your ability to video visit on GTL’s current system.

 

GTL is working with your loved one’s facility to install a Flash replacement. In the coming weeks, you will be notified when the install will take place. Until then, it’s critical you do not download Microsoft’s latest update.

Attention Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer users:

On Nov. 24, an update went out to these browsers that may be causing issues with your microphone during a video visit.

 

If you are experiencing microphone issues with your video visit, your current browser will no longer work for video visits. Please stop using Chrome/Edge/Internet Explorer and follow the instructions below:

  1. Download and install Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/download/thanks/
  2. Download and install Adobe Flash: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  3. Open Firefox, go to the visitation website for your facility and proceed with your visit as normal
